Twomey - $155 Firmly structured and
tannic, this Merlot is beefy, broad, and broodingly backward. A blend of 94.3% Merlot
and 5.7% Cabernet Franc, it offers notes of grilled herbs, chocolate, freshly brewed
espresso, and cherry liqueur in a medium to full-bodied, tannic, and structured
format.

it’s small nuclear explosion in the mouth. Rich with tropical fruit and vanilla
cream flavors. The extended growing season produces fully ripe, golden Chardonnay
clusters with multiple aromas and flavors.

Perhaps the finest Chardonnay
Su Hua Newton has yet produced; it possesses enormous fruit, richness, and extract,
but is exquisitely balanced, with great purity. A sweet nose of orange marmalade,
lemon oil, and butter are backed by wood and wet steel characteristics.

It boasts a big, oily viscous,
heady style, good underlying acidity, and a full-bodied concoction of pineapple
and other buttery tropical fruits along with hints of caramel, hazelnut, and smoke
in the background.

Legends Estate Vidal Ice-Wine -

This is wonderful golden ice-wine – packed with pure fruit
aromas that express with outstanding persistence on the finish. Look for ripe, peach,
pineapple, bread pudding and honey aromas and flavours. Very thick, plush, sweet,
and elegant in feel. Very clean and focused. Excellent balance.
Inniskillin Vidal Ice-Wine - half $145, whole $285
Extremely concentrated aromas featuring candied fruits – lychee,
melon and guava, enhanced with notes of raisin and vanilla. This wine bursts on
your palate showcasing ripe exotic fruits followed by a coasting of tangerine and
stone fruits. A long and lingering experience. The finished ice-wine is intensely
sweet and flavorful in the initial mouth sensation. The balance is achieved by the
acidity, which gives a clean, dry finish. The nose of ice-wine recalls lychee nuts.
The wine tastes of tropical fruits, with shadings of peach nectar and mango.

Belle Glos Pinot
Noir - $115
This rich elegant Pinot Noir, produced by Chuck Wagner of Caymus,
is filled with ripe berry and earth notes. Elegant yet bold, it features intense
aromas of cherry and blackberry, supported by notes of smoke and mushrooms. The
palate carries ripe plum and raspberry flavors, with a long, graceful finish filled
with mineral and dark fruit.
Hyde de Villaine Syrah - $155
This wine takes you right into an oriental market with hundreds
of exotic aromas. Coriander, violet, rose blossom, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, leather
and fine tobacco blend together. This is a powerful wine, generous but also agile
and elegant, thanks to its finely matured and delicate tannins. The nose is a blend
of red and black fruits, spice and violet aromas. The multiple layers of spice and
fruit will dazzle your palate for a long time.
Simi Cabernet
Reserve - $195
This classic Alexander Valley wine is soft and gently throughout.
The black currant and cassis fruit is huge and sweetly delicious, easily able to
handle tons of new oak. Yet the tannins add a textural dimension. There’s a charm
and elegance to the wine that belies its considerable complexity and ageability.
